Making A Purchase
Buying a single item Browse our store and use ADD TO CART button to select an item. Select Invoice/Shipping location Click CHECKOUT NOW to go directly to checkout. Input your address and payment details then you will given a receipt. Buying multiple items Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Remove item from cart Click VIEW CART from the left hand menu Click on the remove box so a tick appears. Now click the UPDATE option from the bottom menu Click CHECKOUT to finish transaction Change item quantity in cart Click VIEW CART from the left hand menu Overkey the item quantity to the correct amount Now click the UPDATE option from the bottom menu Click CHECKOUT to finish transaction We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

Shipping And Handling
As part of our commitment to you the customer, Allparts South West Ltd only use recognised carriers such as Securicor, DHL and Parcelforce to ensure the prompt and safe delivery of all orders. Allparts South West Ltd will same-day ship all orders if received before 4PM on a working day for delivery within 2 working days of processing- in most cases delivery is the following day. If we cannot ship the order within this timeframe due to out of stock items etc. we will contact you. Delivery will be to the indicated shipping address. We will charge £7.50 plus VAT Postage and Packaging for single items to mainland UK only. If you are outside the mainland UK you will have to contact us to arrange special shipments and pricing. |

Guarantee
1. A limited one year warranty is provided by Allparts South West Ltd and is applied to all our automotive lamps, and warrant these lamps to be free from defects in workmanship and material. Liability will under no circumstances exceed the amount of it's original sale or the replacement of the defective merchandise. 2. Allparts South West Ltd warranty does not cover merchandise failure due to abuse, misuse, improper installation, improper maintenance, improper and unauthorised repairs, alteration or modification. 3. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any freight charges (except those listed in section 1 of the Allparts South West Ltd returns policy), the cost of parts removal, consequential or subsequent damages, or normal wear and tear. Any items returned carriage unpaid will be refused. |

Returns Policy
At Allparts South West Ltd we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us; therefore we make our returns policy very simple. Our "no quibbles" promise means that if, for any reason, you are unhappy with the new part that you have purchased, you can just return it to us in its original condition within 7 working days of receiving the goods, and we will issue a refund for the price of the item. This is subject to the following conditions: 1.Items for return are sent carriage paid (i.e. you pay for the carriage to get the parcel back to us). We will of course be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is as a result of our error or if the goods arrived to you damaged. 2.Items for return (excluding those that were received damaged) must be in a re-saleable condition. 3.Incorrectly supplied items must be notified to Allparts South West Ltd in writing either by e-mail to parts@allpartssouthwest.com or by fax to 01392 203161 within 3 days of receipt of your order. Once you have done this you will be given a goods returns number by return e-mail or fax. 4.Damaged items must be notified to Allparts South West Ltd in writing either by e-mail to parts@allpartssouthwest.com or by fax to 01392 203161 on the same day as receipt of your order. Once you have done this you will be given a goods returns number by return e-mail or fax. 5.All returns must be accompanied by the senders name and address, and a copy of the original invoice stating the reason for the return. Please note that we can only process returns for items purchased from Allparts South West Ltd. Your statutory rights are not affected. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. |
